At GD Decor, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item:
- Is unused and in its original condition
- Has all original tags, packaging, and invoice
- Is not a custom-made or discounted item (such items are non-returnable)

Include your order number, product details, and reason for return. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
