1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India. For any international delivery requests, please contact us directly at info@gddecor.in.

4. Shipment Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier issues, etc.). We appreciate your patience and will assist you in tracking delayed shipments.

5. Damages

GD Decor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
